30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sallysshack.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions and next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Sally’s Shack will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure the issue is resolved promptly — either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

  • If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using USPS and providing tracking information for your return.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Or if you receive the wrong item

Contact us immediately at hello@sallysshack.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like to get a different item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you by email whether the refund is approved or denied.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund on their end.

Shipping & Service Area

Sally’s Shack currently ships to and accepts returns from customers located in the United States and Canada only.


EU Customers (If Applicable)

Although we currently do not operate in the EU, if we begin shipping to the EU in the future, customers will be entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period under EU consumer protection laws. This section will be updated accordingly if our service area expands.
