Thank you for shopping with Sally’s Shack! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery timelines, coverage areas, and how we help protect your order in transit.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

We do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.


Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS. Occasionally, we may use other major carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) depending on item size, weight, and destination.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — be sure to subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out!


Route Package Protection (Shipping Insurance)

We are proud to partner with Route, a package protection and tracking service that offers peace of mind with every order.

When you check out, you’ll have the option to add Route Package Protection to your order. This service covers:

  • Lost shipments

  • Stolen packages

  • Items damaged in transit

If you opt in, you’ll receive a separate email from Route with your protection details and instructions for filing a claim if needed.

Note: If you choose to remove Route Package Protection at checkout, Sally’s Shack is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Sally’s Shack is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at hello@sallysshack.com. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress at any time.

You can track your order in the following ways:

  • Via Email: Use the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

  • Through Shopify / Shop App: If you use the Shop app by Shopify, you’ll automatically receive real-time tracking updates and delivery notifications.

  • Via Route (if selected at checkout): If you opted into Route Package Protection, you’ll also receive tracking updates and protection info via Route’s platform or app.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, once a package leaves our facility, shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs (for Canadian orders) are out of our control.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
